Cathedral Gardens

Cathedral Gardens is a new development of contemporary one, two and three bedroom apartments located on Cathedral Road, Cardiff. Cathedral Gardens is perfectly situated in the sought after suburb of Pontcanna, bordering the city centre and offering a selection of independent bistros, boutiques and restaurants all on your doorstep. I was approached by the developers of Cathedral Gardens while working for JeffreyRoss Estate Agents to help market their new executive development and make them stand-out in a very busy Cardiff property market.

To help market the new development, I designed a new price list brochure and also produced social media graphics to help promote the development through organic and paid social media posts on the JeffreyRoss and Cathedral Gardens accounts. The developers were very happy with the final outcome of the price list and all properties sold shortly after the successful launch events.
