St Julians Grange

St Julians Grange is a unique collection of 4 & 5 bedroom detached homes located in a beautiful gated enclave in the sought after area of Old St Mellons, Cardiff. Each home in the development features luxurious, spacious interiors as well as integral double garages and generous driveway parking. I was approached by the developers of St Julians Grange while working for JeffreyRoss Estate Agents to help market their new executive development and make them stand-out in a very busy Cardiff property market.

To help market the new development, I designed a new brochure and also produced flyers, flags, fence covers and social media graphics to help promote the open event. The developers were very happy with the final outcome of their promotional materials and all properties sold after the successful open event.
